To schedule an appointment in any of our offices, please call 858-622-7200.

You will receive a courtesy reminder via email, text, or phone call one week and one day two days before your upcoming appointment. For video calls, you will receive the connection link on the morning of your visit. Please check your email including the spam folder.

Please prepare for your appointment with us

• arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to allow for sufficient time to fill out all the forms

• be aware of the current COVID19 policy - in general, visitors are not allowed to enter the practice

• bring all your recent records with you - we are connected with most major healthcare groups (Scripps, UCSD, Sharp) but sometimes records are not readily available

Please be sure to have the following items with you when you arrive at our office:

• Insurance card(s)

• A current referral from your PCP if your insurance plan is HMO

• An up-to-date list of your prescriptions, over-the-counter medications and/or supplements, including dose and frequency

• Previous blood test results and any pertinent new information from other physicians that yet may not have been forwarded to our office

• Co-payment (due at the time of your visit)

• Prescriptions
